Built to Handle Serious Weight
The frame is constructed from 50mm x 50mm commercial-grade steel tubing with 12 connecting triangular gusset pieces for maximum rigidity and long-term durability. The total machine capacity is 2,200 lbs, which means whether you are a beginner or an advanced lifter, you will never outgrow this rack.

The included attachments cover two weight holder sets, two sets of dip bars, two J-hooks, weight plate storage posts, a footboard, a pull-up bar, a T-bar, a lat pulldown bar, a cable bar, a 360-degree landmine (two size models), a battle rope ring, a storage ring, and a suspension trainer anchor.
The WB08 adjustable weight bench offers 8 backrest positions and 5 seat positions, folds down to 1.47 square feet for storage, and supports up to 1,300 lbs. The 340 lbs rubber bumper plate set includes pairs of 10 lbs, 25 lbs, 35 lbs, 45 lbs, and 55 lbs plates with stainless steel inserts compatible with any standard 2-inch barbell. High-density rubber construction protects your floors and reduces noise.

The machine ships in 9 separate packages that may arrive over different days, so check each tracking number before starting assembly.
Assembly is designed to be completed at home using standard tools,
with a step-by-step illustrated manual that walks you through every stage using clear pictures.
Most buyers complete the full setup in 4 to 6 hours.
Two people is the recommended setup, though some customers have assembled it solo with a bit of extra patience. Plan to do a final pass at the end tightening every bolt, which makes a noticeable difference in stability and feel.
